  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
  • Condition: The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact.
  • Exceptions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it back to the address provided. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. Diamond Regal Jewel is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it for quality and condition.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
